Make your own beer: you need to understand this

Ok…by now you’ve started doing your research and checking out some beginner’s guides…

it won’t belong before you can make your own beer.

Now you need to find the best supplier for you. Remember, like anything in life, start with the basics and work your way up. You’re not going to hit home runs in the major league, just cause you decided you want to.

1. Find a supplier and develop a relationship. Your supplier holds coveted secrets – but he won’t share them with unless you’re nice to him.

2. Your supplier should be able to provide you with the basic equipment as well as the various hops, yeasts, malts, herbs, info products and other essentials.

3. Finding a good supply house is a simple process if you live in a large city — there should be several homebrewing stores in the Yellow Pages under “Homebrewing.” If you live in a more rural locale, you may have to acquire your supplies through mail-order. The Internet is a great place to look; you’ll find supply businesses all over the world there. It is absolutely fine to establish a relationship with an online seller. In fact, often these sellers will give you free ‘how to’ information…even if you don’t buy anything.

Mr. Beer is a fantastic online resource and supplier - offers a collection of beer making kits, supplies, and merchandise. As Low As $39.99!.

Ok…keep doing your research and tomorrow I will tell you exactly what you need so you can make your own beer…
